• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing equivalent information and a statement consenting to jurisdiction as required by law.

Repeat infringement

We may remove content and restrict contributors who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
